We have an extensive candidate database which we immediately consult when we are given a new vacancy. Because the database is so detailed and exhaustive we usually manage to draw up a shortlist of suitable candidates from that.
We term this method database or “contingency” recruitment. On occasion if are unable to source relevant candidates from our database for a senior or particularly specialised role, we can provide the following services to our clients:
